1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AlgoChat ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fixey Platforms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must strictly stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Strict Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Platform. By creating an account, you strictly warrant that you are 18 years or older. We have zero tolerance for minors on this platform. If we discover any user is under 18, their account will be permanently banned, and relevant data may be reported to authorities if necessary.

3. Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance Policy

This is a platform for talent, conversation, and entertainment. We strictly prohibit:

• Sexual Content & Nudity: Any depiction of sexual acts, nudity, or sexually suggestive content is strictly prohibited.
• Violence & Illegal Acts: Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activities is banned.
• Harassment: Bullying, hate speech, and harassment are not tolerated.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent ban and potential legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability

AlgoChat provides the technical infrastructure for user-generated content. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user. You participate in the Platform at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixey Platforms disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

While we employ advanced safety measures, we cannot guarantee the complete prevention of unauthorized content. Users who bypass our security measures to post illegal content protect the Platform from any resulting liability and assume full legal responsibility for their actions.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Because AlgoChat provides digital goods (including but not limited to Algos, Ranks, and premium features) that are instantly active, we generally do not offer refunds.

Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Fixey Platforms or as strictly required by applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact support@fixeyplatforms.com within 24 hours of the transaction.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlgoChat, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your illegal content.
