1. General Policy: All Sales Final

At AlgoChat, we offer digital goods and premium features (such as Algos and Rank boosts) that are instantly consumed or activated upon purchase. Because of the nature of these digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in limited circumstances, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Duplicate charges due to technical errors.
• Service unavailability for a prolonged period immediately following purchase.
• As strictly mandated by local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you have a valid claim for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.

• Your Account Email
• Transaction ID / Receipt
• Reason for the request

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in the permanent suspension of your account. We encourage you to contact support first to resolve any billing issues.
